The LEED rating for this building is still pending, but if all attempted points are accepted, it will achieve Silver. The construction of the 100,000 square foot building was completed in 2008. The facility incorporates a high-efficiency rotary screw chiller as the source of the chilled water provided to the under-floor air distribution (UFAD) system. Fanwall technology air handlers move the air to the underfloor area and terminal boxes. Condensing boilers provide the hot water for the perimeter heating loop. Energy performance (EA credit 1) accounted for 4 of the total 11 mechanical points on the project. System has Yamas TAC DDC system for total system control.
