With the expansion of services and facilities in 1969, the firm became Engineering Incorporated.

To be specific:

The heating, ventilating, plumbing and air-conditioning requirements of the planned structure are thoroughly investigated and researched; mechanical systems, based on this data, are then designed to provide the best possible solution. Detailed plans of the project, complete with specifications, are prepared. Estimates concerning quantities of materials and construction costs can also be provided.

If so desired, we will assist in securing bids from Contractors and suppliers, analyzing these bids for quality-control and cost-effectiveness and then letting the contracts.

All shop drawings and equipment submittals furnished by Contractors are examined for conformity to design and specifications.

On-site project observations are made during construction to insure compliance with contract requirements.
