L. Scott Mackay, PE

Scott graduated from University of Wyoming in 1995 with a Bachelor Degree of Architectural Engineering. He has been employed at Engineering Incorporated since 2007, and is licensed as a professional engineer in Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Montana, Utah, Arizona, Pennsylvania and Wyoming.

He has more than fifteen years of experience in HVAC and plumbing engineering. His experience encompasses commercial, educational, medical, retail and residential project types.

He is a member of ASHRAE and currently serving as Chairperson for Research and Promotion for the Idaho Chapter. Scott also maintains affiliation with NCEES and USGBC.
